Thai Beef Noodle Soup (Kuaitiao nam) - ก๋วยเตี๋ยวน้ำ
Today is soup day in the kitchen and WOW does it smell goooodddddd!!!!! WIsh I could post the aroma!
Thai noodle soups are popular in street stalls, canteens and food courts. The noodles are served in a light (chicken / beef) stock, often topped with meat or fish balls and coriander leaves. The diner then adjusts the flavour by themselves using sugar, nam pla (fish sauce), dried chilli and chilli in vinegar provided at the table. Unlike most other Thai food, noodles are eaten with chopsticks. Both noodles and chopsticks are clear Chinese influences.

Another Catering Weekend!
We've had another busy day in The Kitchen preparing a menu and food for a party of 20....Everything looks soooo delicious!!!!

Thai Cooking Class Returns @ Pipon Thai Kitchen!!!!!!
Hi Everybody,
Well, now that everyone should be settled back into the routine after returning from Summer Hols, I am starting the cooking class sessions again. First one will be this Tuesday, Oct 12th at 1:30PM at Pipon's house. If your interested please let me know by responding to this post, Facebook or call be on 77495249. The menu of the day is not set yet but we will post it later this weekend, will include at least three dishes and you take home what is cooked for you and your family or friends to enjoy for dinner....Classes are 250QR (all inclusive price) and last for around 3hrs, I try to limit the attendance to 6 persons.
